FAQ

Where do I find my tracking number?

It is sent by email when the shipment is registered, in the format DCBR-0000-000000. If you have an account, all your numbers appear in the dashboard.

How often is the status updated?

At every stage change. Updates are made manually by the team, so they appear when the stage actually happens — not at fixed times.

The status hasn’t changed in days. What should I do?

Clearance stages can stall for a few days — this is normal. If the shipment is on hold, a notice with the reason appears in the last record. If there is no notice and you want to confirm, email info@dclogisticsbrasil.com.br with the tracking number.

Can my customer abroad check the status?

Yes. The tracking page is public and only requires the number. Recipient details and declared values are not shown on it.

How do I create an account?

Accounts are created by our team when the first shipment is registered. You will receive an email to set your password.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Costs and transit times vary by route, mode (air or sea), and cargo volume. Request a quote and we’ll come back with a personalised estimate within 2 business days.

What cannot be shipped?

The list of prohibited and restricted items is on the Prohibited items page. If in doubt about a specific item, ask before dispatching.

Is the cargo insured?

All shipments include basic coverage against loss and damage during transport. Additional coverage for high-value cargo can be arranged on request — consult the team before dispatch.
